ABULOMA / FUMIE COMMUNITIES STAND STILL AS AMAMA SOLDIERS STORMED THE COMMUNITY DURING THE IYC EASTERN ZONE ELECTION.
It was a black day in RIVERS STATE in ABULOMA Community during the election IYC Eastern zone , the AMAMA SOLDIERS STORMED the venue to falsetool normalcy .
The violence was not instigated by the AMAMA SOLDIERS , it was instigated by the icelanders boys who arrived the venue in their numbers earlier and tried to baricade Suporters of Comr Datolu Sukubo the Chairmanship candidate , they tried to intimidate suporters of comr Datolu Sukubo by stopping them from gaining access to the election venue , and this caused the whole shoot out , it really started with stabbing and cutting of knives this triggered the alert of the Kalabari suporters who rallied round and chased the boys attacking delegates from entering , of course it was on good information that the icelanders wants to stop the voting process and set to get reinforcement came back and started the shoot out , this was where the other side called for help and resisted the invaders who where trying to stop vote counting .
They went as far as blocking 4 major entries and exit way from ABULOMA in other to hijack the counting vote process and decleared it Null and void but all to no avail .
Shops where closed down from FUMIE to ABULOMA during the time of the said election , and the AMAMA SOLDIERS really defended the intrest of both the ABULOMA and FUMIE citizens , and no life was lost from AMAMA Soldiers .
Finally , the election was successfully conducted and Comr Datolu Sukubo won the election as the Authentic Chairman of IYC Eastern zone .
